Review collection and reputation

Ask for the review
at the right time.

Kipo sends the request right after the visit, while the memory is still fresh. Happy customers post on Google. Unhappy ones talk to you first, before anyone else hears about it.

No commitment on monthly billing. Onboarding and updates included.

What comes back once the request goes out

Sample answers, across trades

  • Booked in the morning, car ready by noon. Nothing to add.

    Marc B. Garage

  • They walked us through the quote line by line before starting.

    Sophie T. Renovation

  • Warm welcome, quick service. A little loud at lunchtime.

    Ariane L. Restaurant

  • Third visit, same team and the same care every time.

    Jean-Philippe R. Dental clinic

  • Delivered ahead of the date they promised. That is rare.

    Nadia K. Furniture

Where it starts

A happy customer does not think about you. An unhappy one does.

That imbalance, and nothing else, is why a Google rating almost always sits below the service actually delivered. Kipo corrects it without pushing anyone. It asks everyone, at the moment the answer is still honest.

  1. The silence of the satisfied

The visit went well, the customer leaves and moves on. Writing something good takes effort that nothing triggers. Those customers are the majority, yet they stay invisible on your listing.

  2. How fast the disappointed move

One long wait, one misunderstanding about a price, and the review is up that evening. Frustration turns itself into text, while nobody got the chance to put anything right.

  3. Finding out too late

You see the problem a month later, opening your listing by chance. The customer is gone, the review is live and it will stay there. Replying at that point only helps the next reader.

Without Kipo, the unhappy ones do the writing.

With Kipo, everyone is asked, at the same moment.

How it works

Four steps, and you only handle one.

The rest runs on its own, from the moment the customer walks out to the reply published under their review.

  1. 1

    The visit is recorded

The customer record reaches Kipo from your software, your point of sale, the API or a simple import. Their name, their language, how to reach them, the service and who served them.

    1Today's visits
    Marc B.Service, Julie R.4.20 pm
    Sophie T.Brakes, Karim A.4.55 pm
    Ariane L.Tires, Julie R.5.40 pm

Received through the API from your software

  2. 2

    The request goes out

Text or email, in the customer's language, after the delay you set. A short message, your name, one link. Nothing else, because everything else drives the response rate down.

    2Scheduled send
    ChannelText message
    Delay2 h after the visit
    LanguageTaken from the customer record

    Adjustable location by location

  3. 3

The sorting happens on its own

Happy, and the customer lands on your Google listing, where the review counts. Unhappy, and they write to you privately while an alert reaches you within the minute, with the reason in their own words.

    3Two paths
    7 to 10 / 10To your Google listing
    0 to 6 / 10To you, privately
    AlertImmediate, to the manager

No review is ever blocked, you are simply told first

  4. 4

    You answer, once

Replies to Google reviews arrive already drafted by AI, in your brand's tone. You read them, change them if you feel like it, then publish. That is the only minute Kipo asks of you.

The only step that costs you a minute

    4Suggested reply
Review“Nothing to complain about, fixed the same day.”
Reply“Thanks Marc. We will pass it on to Julie, who looked after your car. See you soon.”

Published once you have approved it, on Pro and Ultra

The real gap

Once the review is published, winning the customer back is off the table.

That is why Kipo splits the two paths the moment the customer answers, and not after. A low rating never becomes a public review without you hearing about it first. You call, you put it right, and more often than not the customer comes back and leaves the review themselves.

  • An immediate alert to the manager, by email and in the app
  • The reason for the complaint, written by the customer
  • The employee and the job concerned, when that data comes through
  • A follow-up with a reward or a discount if you want one

Kipo does not filter reviews and blocks none of them. It gives you the chance to act first.

You do not hide a review.

You get there first.

It is the only rule that holds up over time. Everything else shows in the end, on your listing as much as inside your team.

Features

Three blocks, one interface.

Everything comes with the first plan, apart from what is marked Pro or Ultra. Pick a block to see what it holds.

Bring the reviews in, and know what they say.

This is the heart of Kipo. The request goes out while the customer still remembers the visit, in their language, on the channel they actually open. What they answer does not get lost. Published reviews land in your dashboard, and complaints reach you before they reach Google.

  • Collection by text message
  • Collection by email
  • Timing set to your trade
  • Requests in the customer's own language
  • Google review and rating tracking
  • An alert when a customer leaves unhappy
  • Review replies drafted by AIPro

Questions

What people ask before signing.

All the questions about plans

Does Kipo filter out negative reviews?

No, and doing so would go against Google's rules. Kipo starts by asking the customer how the visit went. If they are unhappy, we invite them to write to you privately and you are alerted within the minute. Nothing stops them from publishing afterwards if they want to. What Kipo changes is that you get the chance to act first.

How long before we are up and running?

Onboarding comes with all three plans. Once the contact source is connected, whether through the API or an import, the first requests go out the same day.

Do we have to change our point of sale or management software?

No. Contacts can arrive through the API on Pro and Ultra, by file import on every plan, or be entered by hand. You touch nothing that already runs in your business.

Which languages do requests go out in?

Multilingual requests come with every plan. Each customer gets the message in their own language, and the response rate shows it as soon as the customer base is mixed.

What if we have several addresses?

The Ultra plan opens multi-location. Each address keeps its own listing, rating and team, with a combined view above them, fine-grained segmentation and network reporting.

Next step

Your customers already have an opinion. Someone just has to ask for it.

Leave us your details. Our team calls you back quickly, about your Google listing and your real numbers. No commitment.

  • A callback built around your trade, not a canned pitch
  • A volume estimate based on how many customers you actually serve
  • The onboarding plan, which comes with all three plans
